Form FI. 1 – Notice of Occupation (Factories, Offices and Shops Act, 1970, Act 328). Particulars to be submitted by the occupier or intending occupier of a factory for the purpose of registration. Submitting this form initiates an application only; it does not grant registration until DFI has reviewed, inspected and approved it. Certificates of registration expire on 31st December of each year and must be renewed.
