Participant workflow
- Register for the training
- Make payment
- System verifies payment
- Receive course access
- Log in to the training portal
- Complete all required modules
- System verifies completion
- Become eligible for the final examination
- Take the examination; results are generated automatically
- Score at or above the pass mark (default 70%) – certificate issued
- Below the pass mark – retake, subject to attempt limits
- Download the certificate and verify it by QR code
Examination rules
- All required modules must be completed first
- Questions and answer options are randomised
- Exams are timed and marked automatically
- Pass mark 70% (configurable by DFI)
- Attempts are limited and every attempt is recorded
- After using all attempts: re-enrol or obtain DFI approval
